I have gone in twice to have them review my accounts and make sure I'm on track to where I should be. I have also had them do a few rollovers for my wife and me. They will put together a packet based on about an hour long interview and your financial data you bring in. It's worth while but they won't tell you specifically where to put your money. It's more of a, you are ahead or behind, and if you should be more aggressive or not.
