So what seems to be the secret sauce right now? I am currently at a WO AA 3+ yrs to flow. I am a west coast guy but want to move to PHX. I applied a little while back. I have a family and the older I get the harder it is to pack up for a week.

If you want to live in Phoenix and not commute the rest of your life, only two choices; G4 or SWA. AA will be displacing 500 pilots out of the PHX base and will be shutting down the training center this year in Phoenix. Does that sound like AA has big growth plans for PHX?
You will probably get an interview with SWA as soon as you hit a 1000. But, then again the Luke-
Kernals along with one of the highest bid avoid list for any of the swa bases awaits. And you’ll be swinging their gear for a long time. Going to one of these meet and greets probably helps.
