How often do 76 patterns start and end with a deadhead? Is it mostly domestic flying or both? Can someone share an example of your schedule for the 76 out of CVG.

You'll have to pay taxes on the air fare to CVG, and the hotel costs associated with your gateway travel only. You might be able to deadhead in on a company aircraft so that would negate the airfare taxes. If I was in your shoes, I'd tell them that I wanted the 747 since I lived in ANC and would defer a class date until they can give me a 747 slot.
