I've said it before in another thread, but I'll add to what Coopervane said. I came to JB with really high expectations and for the longest time JB was the only place where I wanted to work and it took a lot of hard work and time for me to get hired here. It has been a real disappointment and not what I expected. Of course JB is better than a regional, but not by much. Besides the higher paycheck, everything else is about the same than my last regional, in some cases JB is worse in some areas (hotel locations, health insurance, work rules). This place needs a CBA now, and we could have one already if ALPA would have been on property two years ago!
