Me too. I'm conflicted. The jury is still out for me. Do I dislike it here? No. Could it be better? Sure. To what degree, who knows. But it could also be better elsewhere. Unless you're running your own company, it's still going to work and there's no perfect company. Personally I don't want to be number 12,000 on a seniority list. I've been burned on career moves and I'm very cautious. I sense a repeal of the 1500 hr ATP, age 67, and an economic downturn. I guess it's gambling. Roll the dice and try for a legacy for more pay or relish the two year buffer I have here. I know too much about statistics, psychology, and human nature for my own good. I consider risk over reward. Again, just me.
