Well here is a news flash for you. Some people were already finished bidding before that memo was ever sent out, and it you go to the pbs page itself and not through online you never got the memo. Good luck on that ord upgrade.
You can't continue into PBS to bid without acknowledging the memo! Time to put on the big boy pants there skipper! If you bid the second it comes out it's probably wise to check it again before it closes, kinda like the vacancy bids! I guess you need your hand held for everything... You made it through upgrade?!
