My application says to hit the "schedule" button to set up a meeting with HR?!? Nobody's mentioned that on here yet. So, what happens when I hit this button? Do I truly suddenly get a meeting with HR?

Oh, and is the application truly "complete" and "active" without a resume uploaded? Cause I haven't finished mine yet.

And finally, anybody got better resume templates than the one posted in the downloads section? An example from someone who's actually be called or hired would be great!
