Not income? I don't get why people always make this comment. There are plenty of other expenses that eat up your paycheck as a whole. Is it money in your paycheck? Then yes it is income. "But it's meant to reimburse your expenses on the road blah blah blah." I guess no one buys food or goes out to eat on their days off. Some guys bring a cooler of food for 4 days that they paid $40 for and make $100+ in per diem for the trip.
