I feel like demonstration is one of the more effective methods. Initially, at least. Show her when she should begin increasing the pitch. Demonstrate the slow, but constant movement that should be used. Don't let her enter ground effect at the same speed that the entire approach was flown at, which will make you float forever (mind you, I haven't flown the Warrior, nor do I know what speed your company wants you to approach at. That speed can effect things a lot). Ideally, float should be minimized. Makes hitting that touchdown point a lot easier when you get in the habit of minimizing float and just aiming for your point.

Personally, I tell my students that if they've stopped descending, they've pitched up too much (assuming power idle). Should be a nice descent, with the descent rate slowly decreasing the closer you get to the ground. Probably not the easiest way to get the softest landings for an initial student, but getting them started early will help in the long run.

Landing should be parabolic, if X <= 0

As an example, this is how it SHOULDN'T look.
