All civilian 121 flying, mostly RJs. Master's with good grades, no failed rides, lots of volunteer work, and a clean record. App has been on file for years (legacies, SWA, FedEx, and UPS) and updated regularly. No job fairs, which may have been the issue - who knows? Just seems to be the luck of the draw these days. My interview group was a mix of corporate, regionals, and military. Three of the six attended the in-house job fair from a couple months ago.
