The 11/28 presentation is interesting, much different than presentations in the past. I didn't listen to any audio but it looks like they will do a 186 seat project on the 320's similar to the 166 seat project on the MD80s. I would assume they would have to remove the two aft lavs and put them in the aft galley cart area. I wonder if the back of the plane will still go to the senior flight attendants after they do this. There will be no place to hide.

The top fleet count shows 110 airplanes (All Airbus) by the end of 2020.
