I used to get transitioned ALL THE TIME under the previous setup. I would actually have an entire month of transitions some times. It was horrible. The max of 5 was a god send to me, even though I was much more junior on the LC awards. Guys hired shortly after me actually went from holding LC to never having a hope of getting it, because hiring seems to have stopped on the LUS side. A "senior" (read: 2013 hire) LC guy was complaining about the switch because of the reduced LC lines, he was ****ed, I explained to him that sucks that he has to work a few days more but everyone on the bottom was getting transitioned every week. He didn't care. Typical pilot mentality, what's best for me is the best. No thinking about the overall group. We are the least union, unionized work force out there.
Point of correction.

The LC lines dropped when everything moved to GSW. It lasted for about 3-4 months of bid cycle. They decided to cut it down to the contractual 20% and then realized that did not work. So we are back to roughly where LC was before the great migration.

A buddy of mine on the 75 was getting transitioned so often that he actually stopped bidding LC and started bidding SC. He could at least control the RAP then.
