Well I can throw 2 reasons why we probably wont. We don't let customers off the plane freely as employees pick up trash and throw seat belts in front of them and our cleaners take out the trash right in front of them as they get off the plane. It is unprofessional and rude. This place is changing fast and I don't think on time performance adds money to my retirement... I would be surprised if we even hold second place...

the 190 is not conducive to this practice. I'm more than happy to explain and if there is a delay they can code me for it, I'll be MORE than happy to give the narrative. I've only had real pushback once... and I later got an apology from the station manager in person.
