Morality of it? How do you figure? You need to go back and reread the Chairman's letter. He has talked to both of the unions involved over there and the one calling for this limited action said this would not be considered struck work and Virgin pilots were allowed to pick up overtime.

You may need to rethink your stance about wanting a union. You see once you have it in writing in the PWA it doesn't matter what your personal moral code is, it's what your contract says.

I will give an example. When I was on furlough guys on property were greenslipping their butts off. Did I from the outside looking in think it was morally right...no, was it legal under the PWA yes. Did I greenslip once I got back on property...no. Did I harass anyone that did...no, it was their right under the PWA.
