Yeah man. This should be brought up on the next conference call with the company, or we should send an E-mail out to all the departments suggesting this.

The union is going to have a problem with it though, because the super senior guys who've invested the past 5 years of their career here will have a problem the second their QOL goes down so that the junior group can work less.

I think the leave of absence is also because we are entering the low season again, and we are already super fat as it is, with the 6 planes still on property. We hired like crazy for a while and I truly think it was because something was in the works, and then it fell through. The FAs got their option to voluntary leaves too way before the planes were announced because their reserve grid went up to the 100s in LA.

Really bad planning IMHO.
