Well you're in much better position then we all were 10 years ago. Honestly with what happened to my Airline the choices were tough just like they are for many at AWAC. That's why I have been explaining that there are many similarities between them both (PDT/AWAC).
If you have the dummy in the seat next to you take you down the wrong road then maybe you need to look more at yourself on how you handle it. Know your threshold and your personal abilities.
