Think about it like this:
If a passenger asks you where their gate, or baggage claim is, what are the different possibilities you could come up with in MSP?
In DTW your answer is either, "Right down there." or, "Go to the middle of the terminal and turn left/right."
DTW is easy compared to MSP.
