Yes the airport has some nice shopping and food options. In virtually all other respects KMSP is a great case study for failed civil engineering and mismanagement.
Several good points but I'm not feeling sorry for anyone who tries to connect from SWA to an RJ (hard enough to go from our mainline to an RJ at MSP) That would be a project at DTW as well.
