The flow is good for those of us that have been here for years and are in or near the 824, and potentially good (but not guaranteed) for those who are just getting hired now. But what a simplistic stretch it is to call us a "good regional" and leave it at that. I agree that our training is good, and our maintenance, but our schedules are awful, objectively and statistically the worst they've been since you've been here (if you've really been here 10+ years like me). Staffing levels are unacceptably low, junior manning and extensions rampant. You know the contract states in black and white that the company will properly staff the airline, right? How many months in a row have they been willfully violating that section? Add that to the long and growing list of contract violations, the pay errors, threats, turning fatigue calls to missed assignments, bad faith negotiating, egregious firing of union leaders, cynical self-congratulating when the market forces them to improve pay, and you still think we are just a "good regional" and nothing else?

No, of course you don't. You've already literally admitted that you are a salesman. In other words, you don't have credibility, per your own admission.
