Contractual? Also contractual: single turnbacks on reserve, honoring proffers, upgrading in seniority order, assigning trips in seniority order, paper bid packets, multiple junior mans counting as multiple events, assigning RAPs after getting pur preferences, non-punitive fatigue calls, correct pay checks, not giving missed assignments for not answering the phone when not on call, and that's just off the top of my head.

And by the way, the contractual flow is only about 285 next year.
