You must of misunderstood. Its pretty easy to see they are still hiring FOs, like it has already been said just go look at the careers page.
They are still holding on to some guys that have upgraded because of so many of the FO instructors upgrading. But the bottom line is they are still hiring FOs who want to apply to teach ground, matrix, FTD and CTP.
