MSP is a pain really. Why are there so many stores...who goes to the airport to shop? As a traveler DTW is my favorite airport. Clean, WIDE OPEN walkways, good food, and extremely easy to get around. Some things I think that would help it out.

1.) 3 Underground shuttles (A5/A40/A75) from to the A to the B/C terminal.
2.) Underground shuttle to the North terminal...mostly for commuters.
2.) Give us our red badges back.
3.) Fire every one of the Starbucks baristas and start over!
