1 - I wasn't the one using generalities, disparaging our entire commuting crew force based on isolated happenings involving a few bad actors.

2 - I know it's difficult to imagine, but some of us have experiences at other airlines in other aircraft. There's also a major airline serving our northernmost domicile that operates nothing but 737s. It can't be that difficult to imagine a scenario in which a commuter finds themselves on their jumpseat.
