With every sector hiring the way they are,if someone was thinking about making a change ,now is definitely the right time.
Who knows how long this hiring boom will last.

Maybe the boom will slow but there are literally thousands of mandatory retirements in the pipeline at the majors and more people are forecast to fly more often in the future. Add that to $50 a barrel oil and I think it's safe to predict a decent run for us pilots.
Nothing is guaranteed in this business of course but on paper the laws of supply and demand are in our favor.
