What are you talking about, you heard what the management said: it was the snow and the lack of ramp personnel. Clearly it was not managements fault, how can you expect them to have a plan when it comes to storms and heavy snow (its not like it has happen in the past..oh wait still it wasn't their fault this past summer and last winter). I mean come on did you expect them to pay extra and have extra rampers available? Why would they take money out of their bonuses.
Also scheduling did an awesome job commuting with crews and having hotels available. If they were unable to call you, it was extremely easy to get hold of them.
