It seems clear management's tactic is to stall and make just enough progress to keep us from going that route. If the rumors of an "announcement" Q1 of 2017 are true, maybe they're just stalling until then to agree to a TA coinciding with whatever that is.

But enough games. We give them a hard deadline of January 31st to agree to our proposal, or we put that $2 million to better use than a billboard and go to mediation.
