All Crews,
We wanted to take a moment to recognize all the effort that you put in over the last week. As you
know, the operation experienced an extremely challenging week. Thanks to all of you who continued to
work hard, operate flights, and help our passengers get to their destinations during the holiday season.
During our conversations with crews over the last week, we saw a snapshot of those of you who went
the extra mile without any request from the company (e.g. bringing bags/strollers down the jetway,
assisting passengers, finding wheelchairs, listing yourselves for a company flight even though you
weren’t listed for a DH, making yourselves available to fly when you could have contractually gone
home, finding yourself a hotel room when the company was unable). The list goes on and on. We
recognize the majority of it we will never even be aware of because you didn’t do it for “extra credit”,
but because it was the right thing to do. All we can say is thank you. To all of you, Thank You.
