Doing a standup routine is last on the list of why customers return or pick jet blue to flying them between X and Z.

However, stand ups are a metric in NPS scoring that help determine crew member engagement. NPS (crew member engagement) is about third on the list of performance metrics for FLOPS bonuses right below CASM advantage.

Please stop working for management.
