I just keep seeing all these bad regionals getting all this flying and cant negotiate a descent contract. This is hands down one of the most poorly written threads I've ever witnessed. Perhaps you can provide us all with a proven business model and wages to go hand-in-hand with it. Do a little research before slamming various pilot groups. Example: Compass pilots did not negotiate the current contract. Mainline NWA ALPA did. Keep in mind NWA pilots were supposed to staff CPS originally because they had guys on furlough. Now go read a book!
