Don't be so sure.They need the regional pilots where they are so they are looking for more ways to take younger people right into the majors. The regional guys are already hooked so they want to use the incentives on bringing new people into the mix.

Why pay 20k bonus when you can give the gal a doll. The moms sign the contracts for the kids just so they will start flight privileges.

I flew with Barbie and she did a great job. I even got her to come back to my room on the layover where she felt perfectly safe.
