I have the same condition as you. I have a SODA for a first class medical but my vision in one of my eyes is best corrected to 20/25ish. When trying to fill out the app for FedEx, one of the initial screening questions asks if both eyes are correctable to 20/20. I have to answer "no" and that causes the application to get snap-rejected.
They have a phone number on the Fedex Pilot Credentials website that they ask you to call if you get rejected for a perceived disability. I've tried calling that number several times over the past 3 months and have never gotten a returned phone call.
Personally, I could probably press the issue but FedEx is pretty far down my list of legacies so it's not a priority. I believe they are one of the only airlines left having the visual acuity requirement separate from just requiring a first class medical.
