There appear to be 2 questions being asked here.
1) Do i need two bring my paper logbook to an interview.
2) Which one is best.

My thoughts, as someone who reviews logbooks in interviews :-)
Read carefully what each company has asked for, but in general IF you've used paper in the past; bring it. Demonstrate your check ride experiences and endorsements.
If you've only ever used electronic, fine, as Logten allows endorsements and image attachments. There is no legal requirement to use paper.
If there's anything in your record you want to explain, make sure you have the appropriate 'paper trail'; for example, did you receive additional training after a check ride failure? Was that training logged and the proper AC 61-65x verbage completed?

Logten is becoming the standard, and if your airline allows, it's easy at the start of the month to import your schedule, and just add the actual flight times et al after each leg. The FLICA import is fantastic.
