And even if you are, who cares, you get extra pay and you get your day off back. I like getting junior manned. This month I am not flying nearly as much on reserve as I did last month. Try not to get into the negativity that some pilots convey. It will only bring you down when there really is no reason for you to be. I just ignore most of it.
