Unless folks start playing games again with their "standing bids" before the bid comes out vs. their "actual bids" in the practice and final rounds once the bid is released.

If so, that could really screw up the company's estimates for the # of seats they'd predict they will to back fill domestically given their forecasts for on-property guys moving to the FDAs.

In the end, I think the FO slots will go unfilled and they'll need to recruit new hires to these FDAs.
