Until recently the bottom two FO slots in BLI have been a revolving door. A new-hire gets junior-assigned BLI and stays only long enough to bid out. So it has been attainable for a new-hire if they get the Airbus.
Now it looks like maybe the second-to-last spot is a keeper, he may stick around. Not sure about the remaining bottom spot.
That said, be aware BLI is far and away the most senior base in the system. Stagnant block hours and no one's moving. Upgrade, unless they grow the base, is many many years away. The top two BLI FO's are in the top 10 of FO's company-wide. And the rest probably aren't going anywhere meaning the bottom couple FO's will be the bottom couple FO's - indefinitely.
Of course QOL is unequaled. Reason no one wants to leave.
