Way to go you've chosen not to further your career therefore creating stagnation in the list and maxing out our company's pay scale for 15 + yrs-

The sickest thing is that I've flown with ynumerous amounts of these captains the past month that are all talking about now needing to get there stuff out to Major airlines-
