Default First year pay

Hi all I was just looking in the SkyWest site on the link for payscale

http://www.skywest.com/careers-old/career-guides/flight-jobs/#/payscale

It says:

"Pilots in training will be guaranteed 65 hours per month, which will increase to 76 hours per month once Initial Operating Experience (IOE) begins. Pay for first year pilots is $30 per flight hour, regardless of the type of aircraft flown."

I had been seeing first year pay is $36.50. All the other pay numbers seem the same as posted here. Does anyone know what is going on? Old info? First year FO pay cut??

Edit ok then I found this

http://skywest.com/skywest-airline-jobs/career-guides/flight-jobs/pilot-payscale/

Says $36.50
