I had been seeing first year pay is $36.50. All the other pay numbers seem the same as posted here. Does anyone know what is going on? Old info? First year FO pay cut??

Edit ok then I found this

Pilot Payscale » SkyWest Airlines

Says $36.50
Go to the top of this page where is says Airline Profiles. Click Regional. Pay for everyone is in there as well.
