I know the union can't come out and say stop picking up trips but people need to read between the lines. When the union tells us the company offered a substandard offer we need to do our part to make their job a little easier. A little hardship now will pay off in 6 months if we stopped picking up open time during IROP's.
Well a small example was the travel thing being extended because of guys not doing it. I totally agree with you, just think if nobody picked up an RSA. Everything would totally stop and the company would have no idea on what to do.
