One thing that's never been a secret is that
if they catch you lying THEY WILL FIRE YOU! You might not get an opportunity to remove your belongings from your crashpad. That's a really bad position to be in during your probation year.
Personally, I'd be inclined to list it and be able to explain it than worry about it for a very long time. This might be a good question to pay Albief15 for his professional opinion and advise.
