Of course profit sharing at Skywest isn't the same as delta, have you seen delta profits lately? I won't complain that at a regional as a captain I get about 10k of bonus a year and it's not because we can't recruit like others, it's because as a regional we are doing financially pretty good which means stability. Have you seen our share prices lately? Have you seen how many people we add a month?

Southwest is not a regional, their pay and work rules are better of course, my point was unless SWA is your final destination idk if I'd sacrifice my QoL for 20k but that's me and my situation, respect to anyone that wants to go there or go there and move on.
