After the flow was started in just over one year Piedmont/PSA and soon ENVOY will continue to be junior airlines offering quick upgrades and a job at American while keep it's labor cost down. There just won't be many 15-25 year lifers at the WO's anymore. I'm sure over half of AWAC pilot group has more then 15 years.

You have to look at the WO's now as AAG's personal Triple A Farm Club. American has made it clear they want the operations at the WO's to even more mirror that of mainline.

Look at get it. You're mad because AWAC is going thru a hot mess right now and you see American handing out jobs to the WO pilots. I'd be hurt and upset also if I were you. However it's a two way street that benefits the WO's and at the same time the Stock Holders at AAG.

You seem to worry a bunch about a Legacy that's not even on your list of places to go however.
This has absolutely nothing to do with anything I posted. Why did you change the subject? I don't care why American has decided not to interview its new hires...The simple fact is they are not getting the best applicants out of the flow. In fact, they are getting some of the worst. You can't deny that much.

I understand your bias, but there's no need to defend the flow just because you couldn't get hired by a major without it.
