I'm not defending the flow. It is what it is. The flow brings in Pilots with a big amount of experience.
You're right I had the benefit of the flow. What's your excuse?
I already gave you examples of the worst. If you're going to ignore me billy then we can't have a conversation.
The flow is a great recruiting tool and a nice backup plan for pilots like yourself, but AA's flow isn't exactly designed to bring in the best of the best, is it? If there were at least some performance minimums required then I might say otherwise.
