I'll ask again. Exactly what part of the flow prevents a guy from sitting right seat for 10 years, busting upgrade training and who knows how many other training events from flowing to American? Let's also say he has a poor discipline and attendance record. He still gets to flow, right? If the worst of the worst can get in no-questions-asked, what does that say about the future of American's culture and pilot group?
You act like they automatically get thru training. Believe me they don't.
