I have seen the spreadsheet of the current plan for 2017 for the lease returns however that is set as of 12/21/2016. What I do know is a total of 3 A319's are getting lease returned between Jan and Feb. and 7 A320's are getting lease returned between Jan-Jun. Then after June no more lease returns for the remainder of the year. So many of these lease returns are swapping out for an A320Neo or A321.
That seems to make sense if you look at the hiring numbers. It appears that F9 is staffed with appx 9 crews per plane. That nets you another 162 pilots needed and attrition of around 6 per month requires at least 234 pilots hired in 2017.
