Just a note of correction: Kalitta's new rates as a topped out 767 Captain are now $71 per hour HIGHER than Atlas. By the DOS+3 for Kalitta, a Kalitta 767 Captain will make $110/hr more. Wow. Atlas is digging its own grave if it doesn't rectify this quickly. 2017 will yield massive pilot losses for Atlas. Hiring 4-500, and will be lucky to grow our list from it's current number. Truth.
