I worked for your company (XJT) first so, no. However your sentence is grammatically incorrect. It should say "I'm guessing there were not any reading comprehension test where you worked". But I'm guessing there were not any spelling or grammer tests when you were hired either, so I can understand your deficiencies.
Also if you are going to try and call me out for my reading comprehension. Which I dont entirely see why, since I addreased many of the issues you brought up in your post. One should probably also properly format a coherent sentence. Just saying... ;-D
Those 30 year guys were hired in the late 80's so they chose to sit out on the early 90's hiring, the late 90's hiring, the mid 2000 hiring, and the early 2010 hiring... Sure there was the late 90's bust, the 2001 bust and 2008 bust. But guess what there has always been a bust. The only thing that separates the has beens from the has not is those who always try to better them selves.
