It states the magic conviction word, thats why I am inclined to answer yes. I did not appear in court, just paid a attorney who said I got this.
I'm sorry...I don't want to steer you wrong. But you need to also cross check the NDR for stuff that doesn't necessarily show up in your state DMV report. Honesty is the best policy, but you don't want to unduly punish yourself for things that didn't involve a conviction.
