The envoy hiring standards were very high until mid 2015. The AA interview it was a breeze compared to the envoy tech, sim and HR. Also heard from various friends that flew over that training over Envoy is harder than AAs.

I'm sure that most Envoy pilots will do great once they move to different places. It's the same company, same employee number and there are different set of rules for those after the protected pilots to be able to flow.

AA can see Envoy pilots training and attendance records with their employee number. That's the way YOU ARE BEING EVALUATED during your regional flying. Also if you get fired or quit from one of the WO and they check "not rehirable", you're done with AA Mainline also.
