I'm sure that most Envoy pilots will do great once they move to different places. It's the same company, same employee number and there are different set of rules for those after the protected pilots to be able to flow.

AA can see Envoy pilots training and attendance records with their employee number. That's the way YOU ARE BEING EVALUATED during your regional flying. Also if you get fired or quit from one of the WO and they check "not rehirable", you're done with AA Mainline also.
I have to agree... There was no difference from my interview with awac vs. Pdt at the time in 2014. I thought both were thorough enough in a day to grasp if I had a foundation of aviation knowledge, was trainable and and would hopefully not want to kill on day 2 of 4.

That being said, there are bad apples that have gotten through everywhere recently, but for the most part, I see them washing out multiple places.
